Tasreih("we", "our") provides software for Dubai real estate brokerages to track Trakheesi advertising permits and expiry reminders. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Service scope
Tasreih is a tracking and reminder tool and does not guarantee legal compliance or verify permits with the DLD.We do not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for your brokerage's compliance obligations.
Accounts
Owners may invite agents under their brokerage. You must keep credentials secure and ensure data you upload is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials and cancellations follow the plan selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed expiry dates, incorrect AI extraction, email delivery failures, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the service.
